The building dates back to year 1656. and was once used as the first lodging house in Bol. After it was restored, it's historic vault was left to stay visible above the hotel entrance.
Today, Hotel Ivan is a modern architectural building, built entirely of autochthonous Brac stone, located within the landscape of the beautiful Croatian coast.
The buiding is oriented towards the sea so on the outside of the home residents can enjoy the large
terrace with seating area, green garden, outdoor pool and a grill only fifty meters from the coastline.
Indoor, residents can enjoy an excellent range of amenities including a restaurant, lounge area and an indoor pool with heated water.
The senior home is in the vicinity of the local post office, bank, shops, restaurants as well as other infrastructure and facilities so residents usually enjoy their free time outdoor.
